Silver Disk Earrings

Yesterday my intentions and my realities were at war. Being chronically ill this is nothing new but it doesn't make it any easier. It was Cyber Monday though and I had just announced my Etsy Store opening. I wanted to be updating the page all day with the jewelry that I have ready to sell! Those were my intentions. My reality... I was in bed feeling like I'd been hit by a truck.

By the afternoon my realities decided they could compromise a bit with my intentions. I finally got around to taking the dog for a walk. I did not change out of my pajamas to do this even though it was well past noon. As we were walking I remembered that I wanted to collect a few things from nature to liven up the jewelry photos.

Yep, I was pretty much that crazy lady walking around with an armful of twigs, pine cones and leaves (and a poo bag, a full one). I hope I was discrete when I picked flowers out of the neighbors yards. I really wanted a rock but there was absolutely no where for me to put it. My hands were full and my arms were loaded. Lucky me when I got home I saw a rock right outside my front door!

PS... I unintentionally also brought home a huge family of tiny ants. The bathroom was covered with them!
