Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

 Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy Skirts
$15 each or both for $25

I whipped up a couple of Cutie Patootie little girls skirts over the weekend. They aren't upcycled, they are a project I started last year but never finished. I think I actually have two or three more of the same skirts cut and ready to be stitched up somewhere in my sewing room.

I've always been bad at following pattern instruction, and recipes for that matter. I pretty much took the basic measurements from one pattern, the ruffly bottom I liked from another, made up the rest and whacked it all together. Or rather, last year I cut out the pieces and folded them up according to size. I whacked the size 3 and 4 together on Saturday.

They are super cute. Last year I made skirts like this for a friend's step-daughters in their favorite color- PURPLE!!! I wish I had photos of them because I have no kids to model these little skirts for me. I don't think my dog appreciates it when I make her model kids clothes. She prefers to be a taste tester for meat or peanut butter, cheese is good too.

The size 3 is 9.5 inches long and the waistband easily stretches to 22 inches.
The size 4 is 10.5 inches long and the waistband easily stretches to 24 inches.

Price includes shipping and handling. To purchase an item, send an email to me at ashvantol@gmail.com or a tweet @upcycledbyash

  2. Would you ever consider making a custom skirt for a little 7 year old friend of mine come the summer?
